Who is Stephanie Lewis-Cooper Tiaras & SLC Designs?
Stephanie Lewis-Cooper Tiaras and SLC Designs Jewellery is a small but growing company based in Cheshire, UK. However, small to us is perfection - this is because the purchasing, design, manufacture, quality control and shipping is all done by one person, Stephanie. Our focus is on a personal service and innovative designs using the best materials at a competitive price. All the work is designed and made by hand with a view to being the best, which is why we hope you will choose our tiaras and jewellery, why we believe you will recommend our service to your friends, and why hopefully you will come back to us over time for innovative and attractive jewellery.

How do I Pay?
Before we can process your order, we require full payment. We accept mail orders by UK £Sterling, Cheque. We can also accept credit and UK debit cards either by telephone, mail, fax or online. Please send your payment to

Is the credit card payment secure?
Yes, Credit cards are transacted on our behalf by PROTX, a payment processor company, part of Lloyds TSB, a National UK bank. All account information is transacted on an industry standard SECURE (128 bit SSL) web page. The data transmission of your information is in an encrypted format.

How do I know the transaction is secure?
Look at your browser web address, it should start https://. Also look for the symbol at the foot of your browser screen.
Note this only applies at the point of the credit card data transaction.

What Currency will my Credit Card be Billed?
If you do not have a £Sterling credit card, then the charge will be converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate by your card provider.

Who are PROTX?
PROTX are owned by Lloyds/TSB, one of the largest British banks. They conduct our online credit and debit card payments on their secure server.

Are International sales accepted?
Yes, provided you are able to pay by one of the approved methods, either in £Sterling of $US.

What if the goods are damaged in transit?
No problem, all shipments are traceable and insured. If they fail to arrive or are damaged in transit then let me know immediately and, subject to the carriers confirmation I will replace as necessary. Note I will require return of any damaged items.

How do I order online?
Select the product page, any option and the quantity then just click onto the button. The item will then be added to your cart. You will then be able to change the quantity or delete the item. You can view the cart or at any time either from the product screens or navigation bar. The gives intuitive guidance.

What if I selected 'Other' as an option?
You will have an opportunity to ask for your special requirements when you get to the checkout screen. We will correspond to make sure I understand exactly what you want.

What if I need a design to match my dress?
Just send me your requirements, mail me a sample I will always endeavor to match.

What happens after I have ordered?
You will receive an e-mail invoice based upon your choice of payment method. Once payment is cleared I will confirm the details of your order and send samples for tiaras where appropriate.

Is shipping included in the prices?
No, in order to offer the best value, shipping costs are calculated based upon the weight and shipping zone.

How is shipping calculated?
The total weight of the cart is used to calculate the postage dependent upon the shipping zone.

How long will delivery take?
I will confirm delivery to you. If the item is in stock then I dispatch next working day after confirmed payment, however if I need to order special stones or beads, then delivery may take upto 15 days.

What if I specified 'Custom' as an option?
On the payment screen you will find a field for you to specify your exact requirements. I will correspond until we have a mutual understanding of your design. Once payment is cleared I will confirm the details of your order and send samples for tiaras where appropriate.

Is the my personal data confidential?
We consider your trust in giving us your details a great responsibility. We have gone to great lengths in setting our systems to ensure that no unauthorised person has access to this information and have taken every precaution to prevent any mishaps in this respect. Furthermore, all sensitive data is processed using SSL over the internet. This is to ensure that your communication with us that is sensitive is adequately protected. We guarantee you that we shall never pass any information about you no matter how trivial to anyone in any capacity unless we are forced to do so by a Court of Law under a Jurisdiction that we are obliged to follow.
