All handmade jewellery items on the site are the copyright property of SLC Designs trading as TiaraOnline - we hope you like our work, but would encourage you to develop your own designs and not to infringe our copyright.


Our stock is under constant revision; please refer to web site for latest products.
We endeavour to keep Heirloom items listed in stock, so that we can deliver as soon as funds are cleared. If any item is not in stock we will contact you; bespoke and made to order items are subject to a lead time of approximately 6 weeks.

One off items are offered subject to prior sale, i.e. first come first served; this is subject to cleared funds - that is, paid for orders (e.g., credit or debit card orders get first priority over uncleared cheques).

Where possible, the web site is updated immediately a unique item is sold.

Please make UK cheques or postal orders in UK pounds sterling payable to: SLC Designs.

We also accept payment by credit or debit cards, either online or by phone, mail or fax; overseas orders must always be paid for by credit or debit cards, we are also able to accept American Express transactions.

We do not accept foreign money orders due to high banking costs - please check with us in any doubt.


Postage is not included in the item price. This is calculated on a case by case basis dependent upon the item value and destination; we use either recorded or special delivery in the UK, dependent on the value of your package - and for overseas deliveries we use airmail and the international signed for service.

We are not a physical shop, and regret we are not open for browsing unless by prior appointment; visiting for collection may be arranged by appointment.


Consultations can be via e-mail or your personal visit to Tiaraonline; if you have special requests or requirements, please initially e-mail us and we can work from there - all requirements will be confirmed by e-mail before work commences.

VAT (Value Added Tax) and Overseas Duties

Our prices and postage are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. For overseas orders, please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred at your point of entry to your destination; we only mail to customs-strict countries and comply strictly to these regulations.


We do not offer wholesale discounts or prices for shops or resale as our items are made in very small quantities and we work hard to keep the prices on the site realistic - we do not in principle have any objections to your selling our products through your shop at any mark-up you think appropriate, but we do require that any makers mark tags associated with our work remain with the item of jewellery and would ask you to note that we retain the copyright on all our pieces of jewellery sold by us or by yourself at a later date - please note, we do not work on a sale or return basis and any items not returned within seven days of purchase will be considered final.

Returning Items

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but
in the event that you are not happy with your item, we will accept returns within 7 days of your receipt of the item, and as long as the item is in original and unworn condition - please contact us first to let us know that you are returning the item so we know we are expecting it (to ensure we are here to accept and sign for the item) and returns must be made via Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery or overseas signed for service at your cost (ie, by the method by which we mailed the item originally).

We cannot be responsible for items until they are received and signed for.

We are sorry, but we do not accept return of special order items - for instance, items that have been sized for instance, or items that have been made to the customers specifications and requirements (eg Bespoke items), and unfortunately we are unable to refund on pierced earring fittings, due to EU Hygiene regulations - in the case where you wish to return earrings, we will need to make a charge for new fittings for the earrings.

Postage and packing fees are not refundable.

Refunds will be made by the same method of your original payment, ie, if you paid by cheque, the refund will be by cheque.
