What about limited stock items (for instance,
Heirloom pieces)?
Many of our items are unique, most particularly the Heirloom Tiaras and
Jewellery. These are sold on a strictly first come, first served basis.
Once sold the site is updated to reflect the current stock. We will refund
payments or offer alternatives of any item in the event that it is already
sold.

Returning Items
We hope that
you are delighted with your purchase, but in
the event that you are not happy with your jewellery, we will accept returns
within 7 days of your receipt of the item, and as long as the item
is in original and unworn condition with explanation - you should
contact us first to let us know that you are returning the item so we know
we are expecting it (to ensure we are here to accept and sign for the item)
and returns must be made via Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery
or overseas signed for service at your cost (ie, by the method by which
we mailed the item originally) as we cannot be responsible for items
until they are signed for.
We are sorry but we do not accept the return of special
order items -
items that have been specially made or sized for instance, or items that
have been made to the customers specifications and requirements, and unfortunately
we are unable to refund on pierced earring fittings, due to EU Hygiene regulations
- in the case where you wish to return earrings, we will need to make a
charge for new fittings for the earrings, before they are offered for resale
on the site.
Postage and packing fees are
not refundable.
Refunds will be made by the same method of your original payment, ie, if
you paid by cheque, the refund will be by cheque.
If in Doubt...
Please ask - we don't bite! (Honestly!)

upon the weight and shipping zone.
Top
How
is shipping calculated?
The total weight
of the cart is used to calculate the postage dependent upon the shipping zone.
Top
How long
will delivery take?
I will confirm delivery to you. For Heirloom pieces which are reasy to go,
tihs this will normally be immediately upon receipt of cleared funds; for
special order pieces, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of your order.
If you need a rush order, please contact me before ordering and we can perhaps
work round this..
Top
Why do some items not have a choice
of quantity?
Many of the component pieces that
I use in the designs are antique or vintage, ie limited availability and therefore
it is not possible to exactly replicate a particular piece.

What are Signature or Heirloom Collection Items?
Signature Pieces There are certain 'core' pieces which seem
to be loved - by myself in making them and at the same time by my customers,
who seem to request these pieces over and over again - I adore making new
things, but equally there is nice feeling to there being a continuity in
certain pieces, and so my 'Signature Pieces' are items of jewellery
which have endured, and should be available long term on the site - perhaps
you want one for yourself and later on one for a friend, no problem, unless
I run out of stuff, these pieces should generally always be available for
purchase. As these pieces are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for
delivery.
Heirloom Pieces are tiaras or jewellery
which are made with a vintage or antique focal point - a brooch or necklace,
or multiple pieces of vintage jewellery. Because of the vagaries of vintage
jewellery supply, most of these pieces are true one-of-a-kinds and can never
be repeated - this means that once its gone, its gone; if you should see
a piece that is now sold please do ask if it is possible to make something
similar - it will not be the same, but I may be able to work with you on
this.
